Filling an entire theater just thanks to digital and social media? Yes, you can! And with minimal advertising investment. Today we tell you the story of RI-PARTIRE, an event organized by the We All Startup association , of which we are digital partners. The numbers are easy to tell: 485 participants, 1027 requests to participate, over 64,000 people reached via social channels. This case study is a perfect example of how, in the presence of "strong" content of great interest to the target , social media can become a powerful channel of amplification and visibility even in an organic way (without investing in paid advertising) . Digital marketing strategy and results: to promote the event it was decided to personally involve the professionals of We All Startup (among which there is also our Carloalberto Baroni!). They were the real vectors of visibility for the initiative , sharing the contents created for the event with their personal network via social channels (LinkedIN, Facebook) and direct invitations. In addition to the direct participation of the association's members, we worked on the communication strategy of the We are All Startup brand . In the first strategic phase we worked on the creation of desire . Storytelling content was shared on the social channels of the brand and the professionals involved which illustrated the concrete commitment to organizing the event and anticipated the themes and guests of the evening. At the end of this period, a group of selected and loyal contacts were offered the opportunity to access an early booking service . A few days later, the possibility of reserving seats for the free RI-PARTIRE event ( booking phase ) was opened to the public .
